Englisch > Deutsch: Language, Prehistoric Tools and Evolution
Ausgangstext - Englisch "A couple of million years ago our ancient human ancestors created the world's first tools when they broke some rocks into sharp pieces so that they could slice apart and butcher animals for food.
our early ancestors needed to come up with effective ways to communicate and teach others how to make and use the tools. This meant they had to develop advanced verbal skills, including language.
A new study by an international group of researchers suggests that these tools became a force that drove evolution. The study suggests that methods of communicating among some of our most ancient ancestors may have been a lot more complex than previously thought. So much so that the earliest concepts of teaching and maybe even the development of some kind of predecessor to modern language took place about 1.8 million years ago."

I grew up speaking German and Romanian at first, then followed English. I went to the German kindergarten and continued with German middle- and high school. After that came the English - German University.
Meanwhile I got a Cambridge certification for Advanced English - Level 2 and one for Advanced German language - Level 2.
After finishing high school I started helping out in my father's office with all kinds of translations ( including legal documents, personal documents, articles, literature, invoices, diplomas etc.) and after finishing university I got my own authorised translator's certificate. It has been more than 8 years of practice now.
I always worked with people in my jobs, especially foreigners, so English and German were the languages I used everyday to communicate.
Besides Travel, Leisure and Tourism, I am also interested in Nutrition, Health and Fitness. After years of studying Nutrition and Fitness on my own, mainly reading books written in English and German, I also got my certification as a Nutritionist and Personal Fitness Trainer.
Last, but not least, I have been teaching German at a A 1.1. level, to engineers and economists, at the INA Schaeffler factory here in Brasov.
