Hi all --
Using current version of CafeTran on MacOS 15.3.1. Tried DeepL API free, got "Authorization failed. Please supply a valid auth_key parameter."
Figured the DeepL API Pro account would work, signed up, same error. Any thoughts?

How does it come that so many of the so-called top-notch prozians here begin to ask for and offer assistance on DeepL, for a system, so many of them regard as hilarious because it does not reach the level they still are able to maintain and for an allegedly high price because of their highly leveled subjects they offer their translation services for, like architecture, banking institutions, patents, children books, etc.? DeepL definitely works in CafeTran, might need to contact Igor/DeepL to add CT to their list.

I eventually figured out I needed the "Advanced Plan" instead of the "Pro" plan, but ultimately decided that adding DeepL as a "web resource" in the CafeTran UI is about all I need it for. If you don't mind paying DeepL about $30 a month it does integrate nicely.

I find Deepl useful. And we know that Germans do everything very efficiently. No matter what it is.

Your API key comes with log in credentials. What happens when you use these to log in to DeepL?
