Even though the term is used in step 20 in this dental chair assembly manual, I think it is mis-used there (they probably meant "component")and the manual is translated from Italian.

I think in the last set of points they're talking about three areas or components of the ergonomics of the overall workspace:
the work desk component
the laptop component
the seat component
(note: "ergonomy" is not a proper English word! it should be ergonomics.)
