I would like it translated into Arabic calligraphy please and if possible in a decorative font. It is for an artpiece I plan to make.

With Mohamed. If you can't decide what the "z" stands for, at least tell us if the "a" is long and the "i" short, or vice versa.
And also, we're unable to provide decorative fonts here.

There are at least 4 ways to transliterate that name in Arabic depending of the origin on the person and how do they pronounce it exactly. e.g. the "z" is sometimes a replacement for a hard "d". You don't wanna end up with the wrong name on an art piece
