This translation is advice for people who want to set up golf courses.
The part before this says that you have to know the various golf competitions and to have the golf course prepared for the competitions. It says that if you use fertiliser on the same day as the competition, it will be easier to play in the morning than in the evening which is not good from the second round onwards as the better players play last, and they will obviously complain.
Then this translation which I think is an idiom:
"Et donc l’intendant de se faire remonter les bretelles voir de vous faire virer car votre engrais fait « trop » pousser !"
My try - And then the supervisor (of the golf course) will pull up his braces to make you turn...as your fertiliser makes it grow "too" quickly. (???)
Can anyone please clarify this for me? I don't think that my translation really works!

Basically is saying that if you get it wrong, the superviro (or what have you, will FIND HIMSELD HAULED OVER THE COALS and you will be given the royal order of the boot

I agree with CMJ_Trans that there's something wrong with the French - but I'm not sure how it 'should' read.
I think the following is perhaps the most likely:
"Et donc l’intendant de VOUS faire remonter les bretelles voirE (MÊME) de vous faire virer car votre engrais fait « trop » pousser !"
--> (something along the lines of...)
And then (whoever's in charge) will give you hell or even have you fired because ...
