Sotto questo brutto neologismo - bacino di demodulazione – una novità si affaccia sulla scena idroelettrica ticinese: fino ad un paio di anni fa non si parlava ancora, salvo rare eccezioni, di questi costosi ma utili bacini che hanno lo scopo di mitigare le improvvise variazioni dei deflussi dovute ai rilasci delle acque turbinate.
