have their books/records in order
"como la gente" in Argentine usage means "normal" and in this case I would say "books in order" or "clean (accounting) records"

--------------------------------------------------
also means "correct" or "as things should be"

a golfing example to illustrate: eso fue un tiro como la gente = that was a proper/real golf shot

--------------------------------------------------
so you might go with "proper accounting records" but I like "clean books/books in order" as part of a title ...

--------------------------------------------------
maybe: have their books straight

Leonardo Parachú
: Yes, much better than my option. I'd go with "clean (accounting) records" since "clean" also reflects the need for "laundering" the operation.

I read it and I still have no idea.
