لغة نص المصدر - أنجليزي The wave of unrest that has swept through the Middle East since January clearly struck a chord with Iraqis across the political spectrum, touching off protests in major cities, and shows no immediate signs of ending. What began as small-scale demonstrations in Baghdad to express solidarity with the throng of Egyptians in Cairo’s Tahrir Square soon escalated into country-wide protests demanding large-scale change.
Unlike the angry crowds in other countries of the region, however, Iraqi demonstrators—who have lived with a genuine, albeit highly imperfect, democracy for years now—were not clamoring for the downfall of the national government and revolutionary change in the political system. Rather, they took to the streets to rail about the bread-and-butter issues that have come to dominate Iraqi politics since the provincial elections in 2009: shoddy delivery of services, especially electricity; government corruption; and high unemployment.
Although the protests had important reverberations for the national political leadership, in the beginning they appeared aimed more at the fecklessness of unresponsive provincial officials and parties. Iraq’s “Day of Rage” on February 25th prompted the resignation of the governors of Babil, Basra and Wasit provinces; the mayor of Fallujah also quit. (The governor and mayor of Baghdad, as well as the mayor of Basra city, followed in March). In Kurdistan, several protesters were shot by peshmerga security forces after an attack on the Sulaymaniya headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party; the demonstrations, which had originally focused on the same issues that motivated protests elsewhere in the country, quickly accelerated into demands for political reform in the Kurdish region. The opposition party, Gorran, called for the dissolution of the Kurdish Regional Government and early elections.
Prime Minister Maliki, by and large not the main target of the public’s wrath in the early days of the protests, soon was forced to respond. Like other leaders under threat, such as Hosni Mubarak, Maliki quickly turned to economic blandishments and finger-pointing. He promised to put off the purchase of F-16 fighter jets from the United States to push more money into economic subsidies, and blamed the unrest on sinister forces such as Ba’athist remnants and Al-Qaeda—much as Egypt’s Mubarak, Yemen’s Ali Abdallah Saleh, and Libya’s Muammar Qaddafi blamed the West, foreign journalists, and terrorists for their troubles.
Maliki’s response had a darker side as well, familiar to protestors in Bahrain, Libya, and Egypt: violence and intensified political repression. Protesters were slain by the Iraqi Security Forces in Baghdad and at least nine other cities, many of them on the “Day of Rage,” and there have been several credible reports of the detention, beating and physical mistreatment of journalists. The Iraqi Security Forces also shut down the office of two small parties, the Iraq Nation Party and the Iraqi Communist Party, that helped organize Iraq’s “Day of Regret” protests on March 7th.
However, Maliki took some potentially positive political steps as well. He promised not to seek election to a third term, and said his successors should likewise be limited. He also announced he would cut his salary by half, while the Council of Representatives said it would consider legislation to sharply reduce the bloated compensation of its members. In what some interpreted as a blame-shifting move, Maliki called for early provincial elections to allow voters to address complaints about local governments. On February 28th, Maliki gave his cabinet one hundred days to improve its performance or face a shakeup, and on March 10th the prime minister apologized for the attacks on demonstrators and journalists while reaffirming the government’s commitment to democracy. Whether or not these promises and apologies will amount to anything more than words, it is clear that Iraqi leaders from the top down are feeling public pressure acutely.
The reactions or, in many cases, overreactions, of Iraq’s authorities to the protests have highlighted the problems of Iraqi democracy as well as the authoritarian tendencies of some leaders, particularly the prime minister. The tense environment also exacerbated the internal fractures within Iraq’s political system. Wavering Maliki ally Moqtada Sadr first said the government needed more time to effect progress, then announced a six-month deadline for authorities to improve services. He later blamed the current situation entirely on Maliki. Maliki’s chief political rival, Iyad Allawi, joined forces with Sadr in early March to express support for the demonstrators, a day after he withdrew his candidacy for the leadership of the Higher Council for Strategic Policies, a key element in the power-sharing arrangement that allowed Maliki to continue as prime minister. Deputy Prime Minister Salah al-Mutlaq, a member of Allawi’s Iraqiyya bloc, said Maliki should resign if his government fails to meet the one hundred-day deadline. This political squabbling could threaten the stability of Maliki’s government, a mere four months after it was formed (and several of the key cabinet posts have not even been finalized).
But, as I wrote in February for The American Interest Online, Iraqi politicians have a headstart in “the politics of coping” compared to many other countries in the region that are just now grappling with popular demands for change. Today’s Iraq has faced numerous crises and has somehow managed to cobble together ungainly but workable solutions. The reaction of Iraqi leaders to the ongoing turmoil, while veering between the traditional temptation to repress dissent and responding to justifiable demands of the electorate, has generally come down on the side of the latter, which implicitly acknowledges that the politicians are ultimately accountable to the will of the voters. Among other things, this means that the Iraqi political system—unlike those in some other Arab states—is flexible enough to bend, but not break. For its part, the United States must encourage Iraq along the path of further reform and democratization, an area that will offer wide scope for American cooperation with Iraq as its military footprint fades away.

How Does It Work?
Oxidation is a normal metabolic process in which fats, carbohydrates and proteins are converted into energy to fuel body functions. Without this process, horses could not live, work, grow or reproduce. An unavoidable side effect of the oxidation process however, is the production of molecules called free radicals. These molecules are capable of destroying cellular structure and tissues.
LoosenUP aids in reducing muscle damage caused by free radicals since it contains antioxidants. These are dietary compounds including Vitamin E, Vitamin C and selenium which inactivate free radicals and block reactions from oxidation. Supplementing such a powerful medley of antioxidants is beneficial for horses training or competing in demanding sports.
The balanced mix of antioxidants in LoosenUP provides comprehensive cellular protection, which leads to healthier muscles that recover faster from exhaustive exercise.

How Is It Used?

Step1. Setup the Window Unit
Locate the best 3G signal within your home and plug the Window Unit into the nearest power outlet. (Look for
the 3G icon on your mobile phone)
Placing the Window Unit near a window is best.

Note:
If you do not see at least one bar in the signal indicator window (as on left), move the unit closer to a window or try another room. Upstairs is best if available.
Step2. Setup the Coverage Unit
Set Coverage Unit near the middle of your home and plug it into the nearest outlet. Wait until the status light stops
flashing. You should see this on the Coverage Unit indicator panel.
COVERAGE UNIT INDICATOR PANEL
A. If the indicator looks like this, move the Coverage Unit away from the Window Unit.
B. If the indicator looks like this, move the Coverage Unit closer to the Window Unit.
C. The larger this number, the stronger your signal.

قم بتحديد أفضل مكان تستقبل فيه إشارة الـ "3G" في منزلك ، ثم قم بتوصيل وحدة الاستقبال بأقرب منفذ للطاقة. (ابحث عن رمز "3G" في هاتفك الخلوي)
قم بوضع وحدة الاستقبال بالقرب من النافذة.

ملحوظة:
في حال عدم رؤيتك لشرطة واحدة على الاقل في مؤشر قوة اللإشارة ( كما في اليسار ) قم بتقريب الوحدة إلى النافذة ، او قم بتجربة غرفة أخرى. في حال توفر طابق علوي يكون من الافضل.
الخطة 2. تركيب وتشغيل وحدة التغطية
قم بوضع وحدة التغطية في منتصف المنزل وقم بتوصيله بأقرب منفذ للطاقة. إنتظر حتى يتوقف مصباح تحديد الحالة عن الوميض. من المفترض أن تراه في وحدة مؤشرات وحدة التغطي.

أ- في حال ظهور المؤشر بهذا الشكل ، قم بتحريك وحدة التغطية بعيداً عن وحدة النافذة.
ب- في حال ظهور المؤشر بهذا الشكل ، قم بتحريك وحدة التغطية قريباً عن وحدة النافذة.
جـ- كلما زاد هذا الرقم ، كما زادات قوة الإشارة.
