Le modifiche delle convenzioni matrimoniali, anteriori o successive al matrimonio, non hanno
effetto se l'atto pubblico non è stipulato col consenso di tutte le persone che sono state parti nelle
convenzioni medesime, o dei loro eredi. Se uno dei coniugi muore dopo aver consentito con atto pubblico alla modifica delle convenzioni, questa produce i suoi effetti se le altre parti esprimono anche successivamente il loro consenso, salva l'omologazione del giudice. L'omologazione può essere chiesta da tutte le persone che hanno partecipato alla modificazione delle convenzioni o dai loro eredi. Le modifiche convenute e la sentenza di omologazione hanno effetto rispetto ai terzi solo se ne è fatta annotazione in margine all'atto del matrimonio.L'annotazione deve inoltre essere fatta a margine della trascrizione delle convenzioni matrimoniali

تعديل الاتفاقات
لا يكون لتعديل الاتفاقيات الزوجية, السابقة او اللاحقة علي الزواج ثمة أثر, ان لم يكن السند العمومي قد انعقد بموافقة كل الاشخاص الذين يعتبرن اطرافا في الاتفاقات الزوجية, او من ورثتهم. وإذا مات احد الزوجين بعد الموافقة في سند عام علي تعديل الاتفاقات, فيرتب هذا آثاره إذا عبرت الاطراف الأخري كذلك لاحقا عن موافقتها, فيما عدا حالة موافقة القاضي, ويجوز طلب الموافقة من قبل كل الاشخاص الذين اشتركوا في تعديل الاتفاقيات او من ورثتهم. ولا يكون للتعديلات المتفق عليها وللموافقة ثمة أثر في مواجهة الغير الا إذا تم التأشير بها علي حاشية سند الزواج. ويتعين علاوة علي ذلك التأشير علي حاشية تسجيل الاتفاقات الزوجية في حالة المطالبة بذلك بموجب ما هو منصوص عليه في المادة 2643 وما يليها.

establecidos en el artículo anterior, el Consejo Directivo de la CONAMI deberá

pronunciarse sobre dicha solicitud en un plazo no mayor de treinta (30) días
hábiles.
Aprobada la solicitud, el Presidente Ejecutivo procederá a la inscripción de la IFIM
respectiva, en el Libro de Registro que se llevará para tal efecto, y notificará de la
resolución a la institución interesada dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles
subsiguientes a la fecha de autorización. La autorización de registro deberá
publicarse en "La Gaceta", Diario Oficial, por cuenta de la IFIM autorizada.
En caso que las IFIM no llenen los requisitos, la CONAMI comunicará a los
peticionarios las faltas que notare para que llenen los requisitos omitidos. Una vez
subsanadas las faltas, otorgará la autorización solicitada, dentro de un término de
quince (15) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de subsanación.

1. The court and any person, in exercising functions under or in

Très jeune encore, au sortir de la Faculté, il se présente au concours de l'Ecole nationale de la magistrature. S'il réussit à ce concours, il accomplit, à l'Ecole ou sous la direction de celle-ci, deux années d'études théoriques et pratiques et de stages. Il peut alors devenir juge à un tribunal de première instance — il n'a peut-être que vingt-cinq ans. Il espère accéder par la suite à une cour d'appel (il y en a trente et une), puis à la Cour de cassation.
