Source text - Arabic يجوز لأي وزير عملاً باللوائح القائمة أن يصدر أمرًا مفاده أن تكون البيانات الشفهية (المباشرة منها أو المسجلة) الصادرة عن هيئة عامة وكذلك عناوين الوثائق المستخدمة لدى أي هيئة عامة ومحتويات وتصميم أي توقيع أو إعلانات صادرة عنها، بالقدر الذي يُحدده الأمر الصادر، باللغة الأيرلندية أو باللغتين الإنجليزية والأيرلندية، على أنه للوزير إصدار أوامر مختلفة تراعي اختلاف درجات المضمون أو البيانات الشفهية أو الوثائق أو التوقيعات أو الإعلانات الصادرة.
حيثما تواصل أي شخص كتابةً أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني بلغة رسمية مع هيئة عامة، فإنه يتعين على هذه الهيئة الرد باللغة نفسها.
حيثما تواصلت هيئة عامة كتابةً أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني مع الجمهور أو فئة منه بهدف تزويد هذا الجمهور أو هذه الفئة بمعلومات، فإنه يتعين على الهيئة أن تكون لغة التواصل هي اللغة الأيرلندية أو اللغتين الإنجليزية والأيرلندية.
Translation - English Any minister may, pursuant to the existing regulations, issue an order that the verbal statements (direct or recorded) issued by a Public Body, as well as the titles of the documents used by any Public Body and the contents and design of a signature or any declarations issued thereof, so far as is determined by the issued order, shall be in Irish and/or English languages, providing that the minister may issue different orders taking into account the different degrees of the contents, verbal statements, documents, signatures or issued declarations.
Where as any person contacts with a Public Body in writing or via e-mail in an official language, such Body shall reply using the same language.
Where as a Public Body contacts with the public or a class there of in writing or via e-mail in order to provide the public or the class with information, the Body shall use the Irish and/or English language as a communicative language.
