A powwow is a meeting in one particular area to dance, sing, socialize, and generally have a good time.
They can last up to one week but probably not this one

Cristina, the date is set already to Sunday, 4 March 07.
Midnight might not be the best time, even if powwows are tribal gatherings. Needs to be refined. Afternoon time again, such as 1300?

Both proposed locations are somewhat extreme. London is a big place, so to be fair we should be meeting somewhere central.
Personally, Watford would suit me but probably not many others.
Any suitable central locations?

Yes.. please, could we meet somewhere central, I am new in London so I'd like to find the place relatively easily.. In the end the main thing is to meet.. the place doesnt have to be anything that special. I am sure you guys know nice places in London, I would propose something if I knew the city better. So.. I trust you.

Apologies for the radio silence from the organiser.
My proposal is to book at table at a Pizza Express in the centre of London.
I think a central location is the only fair way of managing this. Also, the menu is reasonably priced.
There is a large restaurant opposite Charing Cross Station where we can book a table.
Please indicate whether you are interested.

I surely didn't have any intention to go imposing things or something like that; just trying to get somewhere.
