@Mário Embora o que se procura na "tradução" de termos técnicos não é a tradução do termo mas antes o termo equivalente na língua de chegada.

Enriquecimento sem causa
Art.º 473(1) Aquele que, sem causa justificativa, enriquecer à custa de outrem é obrigado a restituir aquilo com que injustamente se locupletou.

Art. 884. Aquele que, sem justa causa, se enriquecer à custa de outrem, será obrigado a restituir o indevidamente auferido, feita a atualização dos valores monetários.

@ All Agree with Mark's suggestion, although "incongruente" actually means the amount does not match the declared income. So, instead of "unexplained", it might be "inconsistent with income" or something like that.
