This is the name of a committee formed by the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation. The document is a decision to grant an Import Permit of some kind of seeds. The imported item in Arabic "Taqawa Barseem Hijazy". Could it by any chance simply mean :Seeds"? Thanks.

عربي term (edited):
تقاوى
spawn
That is the term used in agricultural references. It is always used in the singular form.
In fact, some Arabic sources even use the word سـبون
Try googling "spawn" in agricultural contexts, along with تقاوى and even سـبون
I hope this will help you find an acceptable English translation for the name of this committee.

Note from asker:
Thanks Fuad, but I don't think "spawn" will fit in this title. In our area it more used as Mushroom "seed". Thanks again. |

: in British English "spawn" is used for the eggs of amphibians or fish or fungi - wouldn't be used for grain, furthermore it has unfortunate connotations try googling "spawn of satan" and you'll see what I mean. Would not be used in official title.

The English word for تقاوى is "spawn." The word "spawn" has several other meanings (none particularly British) relevant to other contexts, but not to this one. Neither eggs of aquatic animals nor Satan are anywhere invoked here, and fungi have no eggs.
