I guess that these notions are included in the word "prenup", which is used to indicate the pre-marriage arrangements which guarantee the financial security of the couple, like the list of furniture written for the wife and also the money paid for her in case of divorce

Inventory and deferred dowry
Inventory is as vague as kayma and that is what is good about it. Hamzeh's "deferred" is also great!
