Arabic term

متكررة

Homework / test Arabic to English Medical Medical (general) Informed consent form for participation of clinical trial (autistic child)
السلوكيات المتكررة للاضطراب التوحيدي لدى الاطفال

I know that the root has something to do with repetition, frequency, but here, would it be better to say "behaviors sublimated by autism among children"?

Thanks.

I most certainly won't :) Thank you.

Hi Ethan,

It most definitely is! Don't forget to translate لدى الأطفال :)
Eyal Sherf (asker) Jul 26, 2011:
Thanks, dimamarcel. So in context here, would you say "repetitive behaviors associated with autism"? Is that how to best translate the ل here?
Thanks...

"Children with autism display specific types of odd or unusual behaviors. They may engage in self-stimulatory or repetitive behaviors; may be preoccupied ..."

I don't believe the word sublimated is proper here.
