ترجمة - عربي The decision of the Primary Committee that Plaintiff is not entitled to challenge the letter of discharge as per paragraph 7 thereof is also far from being correct as this paragraph indicate clearly that should the Plaintiff challenge the validity of the letter of discharge, he would have to return all the sums he had received to those whose liability has been discharged. Such provision makes it clear that the Plaintiff is entitled to challenge the letter of discharge even after the lapse of the seven days following the signature date, which means such waiver is not final and is revocable. However, the esteemed Primary Committee has overseen the correct meaning of that paragraph.
