Short Arabic literary book contains poems and some religious stories.
It was amazing experience for me as I faced a new challenge to convey the meaning of the difficult Arabic similes & metaphors into English. It wasn't easy at all to convey the same spirit of the poem or the text but after trying many times, I believe that I did it :)
Amazing experience I would never hesitate to repeat it!

ووجدت مؤسسة "ريزولوشن فونديشن" البحثية أنه علي الرغم من أن نسبة من يحصل علي شهادات جامعية بين السود والآسيويين والأقليات العرقية الأخري تفوق نظرائهم البيض، فإنهم يواجهون "صعوبات في العمل والأجور". ومنذ نهاية التسعينيات من القرن الماضي، زاد عدد الأشخاص في سن العمل الحاصلين علي شهادات جامعية إلي أكثر من ثلاثة أمثال.
مستويات المعيشة
وتقول كاثلين هينيهان، محللة بحثية وسياسية في مؤسسة ريزولوشن فونديشن، إن تزايد أعداد من يتلقون تعليميا جامعيا هو "قصة نجاح بريطانية كبيرة خلال العقود الأخيرة".
وتابعت أنه رغم هذا النجاح، إلا أن الخريجين من السود والأقليات العرقية لا يزالون يواجهون صعوبات كبيرة في الحصول علي عمل وفي الأجور، داخل سوق العمل، وأضافت أن هذه السلبيات في سوق العمل تعد مثار قلق كبير بشأن مستويات المعيشة ، وقد تعني أننا نفشل في تحقيق أقصي فائدة من الاستثمار الذي أنفق علي تعليم هؤلاء الخريجين.

Graduates of ethnic minority in Britain face difficulties in finding job opportunities in comparison with their white counterparts_ study.
The Resolution foundation Tink Tank has found that although the proportion of degree holders among Blacks, Asians, and other ethnic minorities (BAME) is higher than their white fellow citizens, They still face " Job and Pay Gaps" since the end of 1990s. The number of university graduates of working age has increased than trebled.
Living standards
Kathleen Henehan, Research and policy Analyst, says that rising number of people whom having a university degree is" A great Britain success story in the recent decades".
She continued, Although this success, Black and ethnic minority are still facing difficulties in finding jobs and pay gaps to enter the labour market. She added, these negative points in the labour market are reasons for great worries concerning living standards. This could mean that we fail to achieve the highest interest of investment which has spent on the education of those graduates.

ارتفع الجنيه الاسترليني إلي أعلي مستوياته في أكثر من سبع سنوات أمام اليورو يوم الجمعة مع تحرك الفارق بين أسعار الفائدة لصالح العملة البريطانية في ظل استعداد البنك المركزي الأوروبي لتدشين برنامجه لشراء سندات بقيمة تريليون يورو.
لكن العملة البريطانية تراجعت أمام نظيرتها الأمريكية إلي قرب أدني مستوي لها في أربعة أسابيع قبل صدور تقرير عن الوظائف الأمريكية بسبب مخاوف من ألا تسفر عن الانتخابات البريطانية المقررة في مايو/ آيار عن نتائج حاسمة.
ونزل الاسترليني 0,2 بالمئة أمام الدولار إلي 1,5208 دولار بالقرب من أدني مستوياته في أربعة أسابيع 1,5194 دولار الذي سجله في التعاملات الآسيوية.

It (GBP) strengthened against the Euro, trading at 72.13 pence, its highest level since December 2008.
As European Central Bank(ECB) seeks to launch a Bond- Buying Program next week, the gap between the British government bond yield and the Euro zone 10-year in its highest level since September 2014, which strengthened the pound, traders said.
