For credit risks related to the idle granting of credits liabilities, the Bank may incur a loss amounting to the idle liabilities. However, it is expected for the loss amount, which cannot be reasonably estimated, to be much less than the total idle liabilities, as most granting of credits liabilities require the clients to keep certain credit criteria. The current liabilities of idle credits do not necessary constitute the future monetary requirements; where many of these liabilities expire without providing the necessary funding.
