I hold a BS in civil engineering in 1964, a master of sciences in environmental sanitation in 1996, and a doctorate in Public Health in 2003. Also, in 2003 the ABRATES (The Brazilian Association of Translators and Interpreters) granted me his after-exam certification to perform English to Brazilian-Portuguese translations.
