She used to say: "The best diet is NO diet"! Do you want to lose weight? Just DO NOT eat. SPAs? They're good for socializing but that's about it....unless you want to train for a specific sport or event...when will we ever learn that they're pulling our legs (literally) with all this SPA thing?! Someone above me said "take the dog for a walk in the fresh air".....that is GOOD and HEALTHY along with walking and running SLOWLY and y... See more
