Ctrl+insert stopped working

In Trados studio 2011, Ctrl+insert suddenly stopped working in the middle of a job. I solved the problem with my Opinel knife: the Fn key was stuck down, inhibiting the Ctrl+insert operation because Insert on my keyboard is shared with Print screen, selected with the Fn key! Moral: make sure you haven't got a stuck key somewhere.
