Hi everyone,
Does this mean his face lit up? I also don't get how it works with the character moaning/groaning first.
قال متأوّهًا ثم فُرِجَت أساريره.
استقبلنا استقبالا حسنًا ونادى ابنته.
This is an older man welcoming a new guest to his restaurant who he finds out is from his hometown.
