I need to know which Arabic is correct. Also for:
تاريخ الانتهاء: and جاريخ الانحهاء:
3 Egyptian translators from Proz.com worked on this. 1 other translator from Morocco, also registered here told me that they are wrong. Please let me know what's correct, tell me your nationality, and do you agree that Standard Arabic is Egyptian Arabic? We have translated things before for the UAE and Egyptian Arabic was the same. Our work will go primarily to Kuwait for now, is Egyptian Arabic OK for there too?
I need responses from many different Arabic countries, we have a lot of work ahead and we could use several people to help us out. Thank you so much for your help and time, this is urgent and I want to make sure we know where we stand.

Both terms are correct and used in everyday life but تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية is more complete and accurate.
As to جاريخ الانحهاء : it's not even Arabic. I don't know where it came from. Probably, there is a typing mistake here.
Concerning Egyptian Arabic, it's the most widely used and the most easily understood in the Arab world. This is why many job posters seek translators able to write in Egyptian Arabic.

: I wouldn't call it Egyptian Arabic though. It's Modern Standard Arabic that is correct across the Arab world. However some terms are more specific to the Egyptian variety of MSA.

تاريخ الصلاحية
تاريخ الصلاحية or تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية if we could say (although the first one is more common) are correct. Egyptian Arabic (the dialect) is different from standard Arabic but is not used unless specifically requested and is not used when talking about expiry dates. The usage: تاريخ الصلاحية is widely accepted for Egypt, KSA, UAE and most Arab countries. I do not know what is common in the Western side of North Africa (Morocco, Algeria and so) but I am aware they have different usages which are not necessarily the standard Arabic.

: I'd say تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية is the most accurate. As you said, this is not an Egyptian term, but a standard Arabic term that is used in Egypt, as well as other Arab countries.

And جاريخ الانحهاء is of course just a typo. Did one of the translators propose that?
