You seem to have posted two questions, not one. Alaa answered the first ("Good afternoon, students"). I will try to answer the second ("Good morning, father").

SABAH AL-KHAIR is the modern standard expression for good morning. More can be said, but I would like to leave it at that.

"Father" is a rather ambiguous term here. To translate it correctly, one needs to know two things:

1. Is the person addressed a father or a priest?

2. Do we have a singular speaker or a plural speaker? In other words, does "father stand for "my father" or "our father."

In Arab Christian communities, priests are addressed as "ABOONA." Strictly speaking, this is grammatically incorrect. One should say, "ABANA," but in colloquial ARABIC, case distinctions are eliminated, with the nominative form predominating.

A singular speaker addressing one's own father would say, "ABI" or "ABATI."

A group of speakers addressing their own father would say, "ABANA."

Both singular and plural speakers can use "ABA," "ABAH," "ABATA," or "ABATAH," in addition to the respective terms stated above.

All of these terms are used in written Arabic, some being more archaic than others. Spoken (colloquial) forms vary from one Arab region to another. To help you with a suitable translation, we would need to know the relevant regional setting.
