Off topic: Help recognizing a song

I hope this is the right forum for my question:
I heard this beautiful arab (morroccan?) song but I don't know nor the song name, neither the singer.

Does anybody recognise it and can help me with this?

I believe the singer is Assi Al-Hillani (Lebanese). The song title is Forsat Omur (Chance of a Lifetime), from the Album by the same name.
