Someone can tell me how to convert the Micorosoft Glossary TBX format to the Visual Localize DIC dictionary format?

I found this on the AIT website:

TMX import and export (Level 1)
Export or import your translation phrases in cross-product Translation Memory Exchange (TMX) format.

Convert the TBX into a TMX and you should then be able to import the TMX file. It is also possible to import a text file, so you could also export your glossary as a text file and import that into Visual Localize.
