If that is the case then the marriage contract is not valid, and you have to repeat the marriage contract in the presence of the wali and two witnesses.

The translation "Signed" is not good as it is not necessary for the validity of a contract that it must be in writing. A verbal contract is as valid a the one in writing, therefore, the best legal term of it is "concluded" (conclusion of contract) (Note: The translator is a professor of law)
