There is a difference between counsel, chancellor and counsultant,first stands as who works for embassies, the second I'm not sure if there is a word with such spelling and the third means to have an advise from concerning law, legal papers and contracts,and you have to differentiate between Consultant, Judge, and lawyer or attorney.

: FYI: Counsel: the lawyer or lawyers conducting a case. vs Consul: an official appointed by a government to live in a foreign city and protect and promote the government's citizens and interests there.
