Hello everyone.
I am translating a religious book for my university studies and I am struggling to find a suitable translation into English for this phrase.
It is what the Prophet Muhammed SAW used to say when he would see Ammar Bin Yasser in Medinah after he made Hijrah there.

قَالَ جَاءَ عَمَّارٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " ائْذَنُوا لَهُ مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ"
Narrated 'Ali:
that 'Ammar bin Yasir came seeking permission to enter upon the Prophet (ﷺ) so he said: 'Permit him, greetings to the pure one, the purified."

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ،
قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " ائْذَنُوا لَهُ مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ "
It was narrated that 'Ali bin Abu Talib said:
"I was sitting with the Prophet, and 'Ammar bin Yasir asked permission to enter. The Prophet said: 'Let him in, welcome to the good and the purified.'"
