1. The Purchaser shall execute and return the sales and purchase agreement to the Seller no more than ten (10) days from when the Seller notifies the Purchaser that the sales and purchase agreement is ready to be collected by the Purchaser. Failure to execute and return the same to the Seller within the period herein mentioned, the Purchaser shall be considered in default, and the reservation/ booking form is deemed canceled. Thus, the reservation/ booking fee shall be forfeited against the Purchaser.
