restaurant karaoke
As Shazly mentioned it could be real time video, but another option which I have found on some websites is restaurant karaoke which can be translated as مطعم كاريوكي which is usually used or مطعم به جهاز كاريوكي.

: I got the same results, but I think even in the context of Karaoke, RTV still stands for Real-time video.

I think you are right Nesrin, maybe I should rephrase the answer that RTV is real time video and here it referes to a karaoke device
