Hi,
I'm encountering an issue with the exporting of documents so I tried to submit a support ticket. But for some reason my id and password did not work. So I followed the "forgotten password" link, several times now since last Friday, but I never received any email to reset my password. I checked that it was not in the spam, and I've also checked that there is not problem with my email, as I received other mails just fine. I'm wondering whether I should also post what my init... I think you can try this email: [email protected] (this is the email address from which private support tickets are sent, not sure if it can be used outside the ticket system).
I will remove it, if the developer prefers so.

If you prefer to use a public forum for the issue you are having, you can of course post the issue here, since you cannot access the official CafeTran forum. It is one of the support methods available.
In that case, I would simply suggest you create a new topic for easier future reference.
