Most of my clients are in the Eurozone and pay by bank transfer. Those that are not use Wise, TransferMate and Revolut…

No, as I have two main payment methods that I stick to. Adding more methods would just mean additional complications and costs.

If I understand correctly, even if you do accept ProZ Pay payments, you'd still be receiving the payments on your chosen platform. For example, I have chosen PayPal as my chosen platform for ProZ Pay payments. If I understand correctly, even if you do accept ProZ Pay payments, you'd still be receiving the payments on your chosen platform. For example, I have chosen PayPal as my chosen platform for ProZ Pay payments. This means that if a client wants to pay me via ProZ Pay, and they do pay me, the payment will arrive in my PayPal account.
The advantage of ProZ Pay for translation agencies that make use of it is that they can easily submit multiple payment requests to the system and have them processed by the system, instead of having an accountant doing it one by one. Also, if different freelancers require different payment platforms (e.g. some want their money via PayPal, some via bank transfer, some via Venmo, some via Wise, some via Skrill, etc.), then using ProZ Pay means that the agency needs to "deal with" only one payment provider, who then sends the money to the freelancers' appropriate services.
ProZ Pay also allows agencies to pay freelancers from a payment service that is different from the freelancer's. E.g. if the freelancer wants to receive payment via Skrill, but the agency uses Wise, then they can do that, using ProZ Pay: the agency makes payment via Wise, and then the freelancer receives the money in their Wise account. Do I understand correctly? So, ProZ Pay may be a way for freelancers who deal with international clients to receive money in a way that is not ordinarily supported by the agency's country.
The only downside is the transaction fee... up to 9%.

1- Yes I used ProZ Pay before.
2- I am not happy with the high charges applied. (5%) Previously it was 8,75% and ProZ charged 196 USD for my transaction. It was a daylight robbery at that time but 5% is still too much.
