Well, wet wipes are universal, although there are specialized wet wipes with more or less alcohol in them for certain purposes. And if you have PC keyboard like mine, which you can't open, than there is a compressed gas in can and with spraying the stuff under the keys comes out.

Regular Cleanups

Weekly minor cleanup:
Wait for the computer to cool down for at least 30 minutes.
Disconnect the power source from the computer.
Discharge the remaining electricity by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.
Remove dust from the surface by using a soft brush.
Wait for the computer to cool down for at least 30 minutes.
Disconnect the power source from the computer.
Discharge the remaining electricity by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.
Remove dust from the surface by using a soft brush.
Wipe the surface by using a damp, soft cloth.
Dry up the surface by using a dry, soft cloth.
Let the computer to further air-dry for about 30 minutes before reconnecting it to the power source.
Biannual major cleanup:
Wait for the computer to cool down for at least 30 minutes.
Disconnect the power source from the computer.
Discharge the remaining electricity by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.
Disassemble the computer.
Remove dust from the internal components—especially the fan assembly—by using a soft brush.
Wipe the thermal paste residue from the heatsink's baseplate and the CPU's integrated heat spreader by using isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth.
Let the alcohol completely evaporates.
Reapply the thermal paste.
Reassemble the computer.
Do a minor cleanup if necessary.
I must stress that you should always be wearing a pair of rubber gloves during the cleanup process. The static electricity from your body or the sweat on your hands could short-circuit the PC components. I know many PC builders work on their machines bare-handed. But IMHO, it's better safe than sorry.
