Legal and financial
The (in a Saudi Arabian legal document) seems to have a bit off grammatically; I wonder what تحول means in this context and if it is grammatically correct to express it this way:

OK, so no party may assign any of its rights, etc... but تحول seems to be grammatically incorrect here... shouldn't be تحولا in which case I would say, "to alter or contravene the subcontract, etc."?

Thanks in advance for all constructive feedback...

Prejudice to the provisions of this contract

تحول = prevent

Transfer or otherwise subcontract any of its obligations

No Party may assign or transfer its rights or otherwise subcontract any of its obligations herein ....
Peer comment(s):

agree Samir Sami : That's it. The contract seems to be a very poor translation of an original English as denoted by the last two words which are seldom written as such in good Arabic contracts.
