or

Like you said, Fuad, they refer to help topics for community members (wanting to help themselves or their loved ones) rather than a title or list of issues addressed by 'a government program'.

I should've been more specific in my posting. The list I have is for a number of mainly psychological diseases/disorders such as: Child and adolescent behaviour; Challenging behaviours; Grief and loss; Fears and anxiety; Post-traumatic stress; Depression; Suicide prevention; Psychosis; Body image and eating disorders. Sorry if I've confused anyone.

If so, then any of these three would be OK. It would be different if the title were the name of a government program to reduce the incidence of suicide.

The confusing part is that "suicide prvention" is hard to think of as an ailment. The options you cited indicate that the title is for material to help community members take measures so that they or their loved ones would not become suicide victims.
