Like the colleagues stated above, it's 5ft, 5 in, an inch is 2.54 cm, and a foot is 12 inches. To the Arab viewer/reader, inches and feet don't make a lot of sense, so some would tend to convert to the metric system. This would amount to approximately 177.8 cms.
